Can endometrial polyps be done without surgery?

Endometrial polyps do not necessarily need to be treated surgically. If the endometrial polyp is small and the patient has no clinical symptoms, it may be considered functional or will disappear after one menstrual period and usually does not require surgery. However, for larger endometrial polyps that cause increased menstrual flow, prolonged periods or symptoms such as infection and necrosis in women for a long time. Surgery is recommended, so endometrial polyps do not do surgery, depending on the number and size of endometrial polyps and the patient’s clinical symptoms, to make a comprehensive assessment to develop a treatment plan.
