Novel coronavirus pneumonia has symptoms of fever, but there are patients who do not present with fever. The diagnosis of novel coronavirus pneumonia can also be confirmed when the patient has a history of epidemiologic exposure without any clinical symptoms, but a positive nucleic acid test is the main basis for the diagnosis of novel coronavirus pneumonia. The common clinical manifestations of novel coronavirus pneumonia include fever, malaise, and sometimes respiratory symptoms, such as cough and sore throat. In patients with novel pneumonia, routine blood tests for leukocytes are lower than normal, and lung CT suggests interstitial changes.
