A must for women over 25 years old: breast care massage exercises

The set of breast massage exercises described below is ideal for routine breast care for women and is a must-do for women over the age of 25 on a daily basis. It is also ideal for women after breast augmentation to prevent the formation of fibrous envelope around the implant. 1.Use the root of your palm to push up, down, inside and outside in four directions alternately, 6 times in each direction. 2.With the palm of your hand facing the nipple, press downward while rotating clockwise 6-12 times, and then rotate counterclockwise 6-12 times, or alternate clockwise and counterclockwise movements. 3.Take the thumb, forefinger and middle finger to lift and pinch the nipple for 10 seconds each time, then relax for a total of 6 times. 4.Use the palm of your hand to face the nipple, press and relax with vertical force, alternating each cycle for 20-30 seconds. After breast augmentation, the most common complication is the formation of a fibrous tissue capsule around the implant, which is actually a thin layer of scar tissue around the implant, and this scar tissue has a tendency to contract. The contracture causes the implant to be compressed and a hardening of the implant after breast augmentation occurs. The contractile nature of the new scar will gradually disappear after 6 months, therefore, massage exercises on the breast for 6 months after surgery will help to maintain the softness of the breast by stretching and relaxing the resulting fibrous capsule. Swimming and light lifting exercises also have some effect, but jogging and dancing are not effective. If you have just had breast augmentation surgery, you need to pay attention to the following: the self-massage method should be moderate, to the extent that you feel you can tolerate it; when making skin massage, you should pay attention to “the hand in the skin but the force deep in” to avoid damaging the skin; the direction of force: do not push the breast outward or upward excessively to prevent the implant from being displaced.
