The skin of the foreskin and glans may present as a macerated or dry dark red appearance. Some present as light red vesicles and thin-walled pustules, and there may be white cheese-like patches on the inner foreskin and in the coronal sulcus of the glans. Some present as flushed, scattered small papules or blotchy erythema with desquamation. It may be accompanied by itching and pain.
