  Cervical spondylosis, mostly seen in the middle-aged and elderly, but there is a trend of younger people, long-term head-down workers are prone to this disease, such as accountants, teachers, computer operators, etc.. Due to cervical spine injury or degeneration, causing vertebral osteophytes, surrounding soft tissue degeneration and relaxation, nerves, spinal cord or blood vessels are stimulated or compressed to different degrees, and symptoms such as neck pain, unfavorable activities, dizziness and vertigo, numbness of limbs, panic and chest tightness, and even urinary and fecal incontinence occur. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the disease develops due to long-term low head, improper posture of the neck, or cold, or trauma, or old age, lack of kidney energy, deficiency of qi and blood, resulting in loss of nourishment of tendons, tendons and veins, strain and injury, and local meridian paralysis and obstruction.
  Clinical manifestations

  3.Vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis: cervical occipital pain or neck and shoulder pain, unfavorable neck movement, paroxysmal vertigo, dizziness, headache, sometimes nausea, vomiting, tinnitus, deafness, and in severe cases, unstable walking, insomnia, sudden falls, etc. The above symptoms are often triggered or aggravated by neck rotation or lateral flexion to a certain position.
