There are two main types of surgery for the treatment of myopia: one is corneal refractive surgery, which is commonly referred to as myopic laser surgery; the other is lens refractive surgery, which includes posterior chamber IOL implantation (i.e., ICL implantation) with a lens and clear lens replacement surgery.
