What does condyloma-like change mean?

Condyloma-like changes, which refer to manifestations similar to condyloma acuminata, usually occur in the moist areas of the skin and mucous membrane around the external genitalia and anus. It typically has a soft texture with a sharp, reddish papule at the tip, which can later become more numerous and larger, with a lumpy surface, and some patients present with a papillary, cauliflower, or corkscrew shape. The warts are divided into red or white, and the surface is prone to erosion, oozing, and rupture.
