Can hematuria heal on its own?

Hematuria is only a symptom, and whether it can heal on its own needs to be determined by the cause of the hematuria, and a judgment will be made after the cause is clarified. If it is sports hematuria, it usually occurs after strenuous exercise and is a transient hematuria, and most of them can be cured by themselves after rest. If the hematuria is caused by urinary stones, infection or tumor, it can be cured only after timely control of the original disease, and it is unlikely to be cured by itself. Especially if the hematuria is caused by infection or tumor, it means the condition is more serious and needs to be treated in time, so further examination is recommended to clarify. If the hematuria is caused by stones, it can be treated with stone removal. If it is caused by infection, actively control the inflammation. If it is caused by tumor, standardized anti-tumor treatment is needed. In addition, it is recommended that patients should eat a light diet in daily life, avoid spicy and stimulating diet, drink more water, urinate regularly, participate in sports reasonably, and pay attention to rest, all of which are beneficial to the recovery of symptoms.
