The deterioration symptoms of cardia cancer: Patients in the middle and late stages can see anemia, low plasma protein, emaciation and even dehydration. If abdominal masses, hepatomegaly, ascites signs, pelvic swelling (anal examination) and other phenomena appear, they are mostly symptoms of pancreatic cancer. Usually, patients during the deterioration of pancreatic cancer will be accompanied by obvious local pain, so it is easier to be detected, but because the symptoms are similar to most common diseases, the rate of neglect is higher.
Late manifestation of cardia cancer: In addition to difficulty in swallowing, advanced cases may also have persistent hidden pain in the upper abdomen and lower back, indicating that the cancer has involved the pancreas and other retroperitoneal tissues, which is a contraindication to surgery.
In addition to the symptoms of pancreatic cancer, the advanced symptoms of pancreatic cancer also include all the symptoms of gastric cancer as follows: dysphagia (also when drinking water), heavy feeling in the upper abdomen, pain in the stomach, nausea, vomiting, and the patient gradually loses weight and other symptoms.
