How to relieve frequent and stinging urination

When there is frequent urination and stinging pain in urination, most of the factors are considered to be urinary tract infection or the presence of urinary tract stones. It is recommended to go to the hospital for routine urine and urinary ultrasound examinations to clarify the cause and then use various treatment modalities to relieve the symptoms. If there is urinary tract infection, frequent urination and stinging pain, it is recommended to take oral anti-infective drugs, such as levofloxacin hydrochloride capsule, one capsule each time, three times a day, and sodium bicarbonate tablets, one tablet each time, three times a day, for 3-5 days, and observe whether the symptoms improve. If the examination clearly shows the presence of urethral stones, polyps and other lesions that cause patients to have significant urinary stinging pain and frequent urination, then it is recommended to perform surgical treatment for stone extraction, which can be performed under urethroscopy to remove the stones. Stones can also be pushed into the bladder and removed under cystoscopy using a laser to break up the stones so that symptoms can be relieved.
