Is paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia serious?

Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia is a type of tachyarrhythmia caused by the folding back of the electrical signal at the level of the atrioventricular junction of the heart, which has the characteristic of occurring suddenly, stopping suddenly and recovering on its own.
The attack is sudden and the heart feels like it is going to jump out of its throat, and then suddenly returns to normal after a period of time, at which point everything is normal when you go back to the hospital. Such symptoms can recur, and the quality of life of the patient is seriously affected by the attacks, while the diagnosis cannot be made definitively when there are no attacks, and the patient usually has no signs of organic heart disease.
The disease can be treated with a variety of methods such as physical, pharmacological, electrical resuscitation and catheter ablation for severe symptoms and is generally manageable but prone to recurrence. The disease does not usually result in death.
