Exercise methods for patients with cervical spondylosis are as follows: 1. Another method is: take a standing or sitting position, both hands in the head behind the occiput to hold each other, forearms clamping both sides of the neck, head and neck force left, while the left forearm force blocked, continued resistance for a few seconds after the relaxed restore, and then do the opposite direction. Each do 6 to 8 times. 4, turn around and look back: the patient takes a standing position, right front lunge, the body rotates to the left while the right palm as far up as possible, the left palm down to pull hard to stretch, and look back at the left hand. After restoration, change to left front lunge, opposite direction, same action. Alternate between left and right, do 8 to 10 times. 5, around the neck: patients take a standing or sitting position, head and neck relaxed rotation, according to the clockwise direction and counterclockwise direction alternately. Do 6 times in total. 6.Flying swallow pointing water method: the patient lies prone on the bed, both arms on both sides of the body, legs straight, head and upper and lower limbs upward at the same time, upper and lower limbs should be straight, gradually stilted upward do not bend, the whole action is flying swallow pointing water-like. All of the above actions need to be carried out slowly, gradually increasing the range of activities; after each section, start a natural whistle, and then do the next section after an interval of a few moments.
