The first thing that should be done to identify the cause of pain in the liver is to identify the cause of the pain. The first is primary hepatitis, mainly viral, most commonly hepatitis A, B and C, which is transmitted through fecal-oral transmission and also through bodily fluids, and should be treated with systemic antiviral therapy. In the second case, not excluding stones in the biliary system or intrahepatic bile ducts, the patient should have episodes of pain in the liver area, mainly due to spasms caused by obstruction of gallstones.
