Mild fatty liver is the early stage of fatty liver disease and does not usually have any symptoms, often patients are found during a physical examination or an imaging test (e.g. ultrasound) for the treatment of other diseases.
Symptoms of so-called mild fatty liver are often symptoms of the primary liver disease that caused the fatty liver and can manifest as varying degrees of right upper abdominal discomfort, loss of appetite, aversion to greasy foods and fatigue.
