Non-small cell lung cancer can be divided into squamous carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, large cell carcinoma and others. 1. Squamous carcinoma: squamous epithelial cell carcinoma, mostly originated from squamous epithelial cell metaplasia of bronchial epithelium. It grows slowly and metastasizes later. 2. Adenocarcinoma: it is the most common type of lung cancer. It originates from bronchial mucous glands. Because adenocarcinoma is rich in blood vessels, local infiltration and hematogenous metastasis occur earlier. 3. Large cell carcinoma: it is a kind of undifferentiated non-small cell carcinoma. Its metastasis occurs later and has a higher chance of surgical resection. 4. Others: including adenosquamous carcinoma, sarcomatoid carcinoma, lymphoepitheliomatoid carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma and so on. If there is any discomfort, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time.
