Is true erythrocytosis hereditary

Erythropoiesis is not usually hereditary. Erythropoiesis is a chronic myeloproliferative disease that originates from hematopoietic stem cells, and is therefore not hereditary. The main symptoms of Erythropoietic Erythropoietic Disease include headache, redness of the skin, itching of the skin, fatigue, vomiting of blood, black stools, etc. It needs to be clearly diagnosed through blood and bone marrow tests, and treated with aspirin, hydroxyurea and other medications, and venous bloodletting, if necessary. Once a patient is diagnosed with true erythrocytosis, it is recommended to follow the doctor’s instructions to actively treat the disease and improve the prognosis.
