In the early stage of lumbar disc herniation, you should try to rest in bed and strengthen the protection of the lumbar area, wear a lumbar girth when walking on the ground, avoid aiding and bending, sedentary behavior, and properly perform lumbar back muscle exercises such as swimming, five-point support, and small swallow flying.
