Childhood leukemia eligible to enter Anhui Province New Agricultural Cooperative major disease criteria and withdrawal
(I) Entry criteria
1. The first diagnosis must meet the newly diagnosed children with childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), childhood acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), and childhood acute non-lymphoblastic leukemia (except APL). Zhu Juan, Department of Pediatrics, Anhui Provincial Hospital
2. When a child has other disease diagnoses at the same time, but does not require special treatment during hospitalization and does not affect the implementation of the clinical pathway process for the first diagnosis, he or she can enter the pathway.
(ii) Withdrawal in the following cases
1. Those who do not achieve complete remission with induction remission therapy
2. Those who are not in complete remission on day 40 of induction of remission for acute promyelocytic leukemia withdraw.
3. Withdrawal if cerebrospinal fluid examination after lumbar puncture indicates the presence of central nervous system leukemia (CNSL).
4. Withdrawal if the parents have failed to discourage treatment for their own reasons.
The child will not be eligible for reimbursement for major diseases after withdrawal from the clinical pathway.
5. If the discharge criteria are met, the child must be discharged to the next stage of treatment.
