Abdominal pain can be a manifestation of organic lesions or dysfunction of the abdominal visceral organs, or a common manifestation of extra-abdominal or systemic diseases. The etiology of abdominal pain is complex, and there are many kinds of diseases that cause abdominal pain. Clinically, it is divided into two categories: acute abdominal pain and chronic abdominal pain according to the urgency of onset and duration of the disease. In Chinese medicine, there is also the name of “abdominal pain”, which refers to the symptoms of pain occurring in the area below the stomach and above the pubic bone. Clinically, abdominal pain can be divided into the following types of evidence: 1, cold internal obstruction evidence: abdominal pain constricted and urgent, when cold pain, the pain decreases with warmth, light mouth and no thirst, cold body and limbs, clear and long urine, thin or constipated stool, light tongue, white greasy coating, sunken and tight pulse. 2.Damp-heat stagnation: abdominal pain and refusal to press, irritability and thirst without desire to drink, loose and unpleasant stools, or dysentery with pus and blood, urgency and heaviness, short yellow urine, red tongue, yellow and greasy coating, smooth pulse. 3, dietary stagnation: abdominal distension, pain and refusal to press, belching and swallowing acid, vomiting and vomiting, pain and desire for diarrhea, pain decreases after diarrhea, or constipation, thick and greasy tongue, smooth pulse. 4, liver depression and qi stagnation: abdominal pain and distension, pain without a fixed place, pain leading to the less abdominal, or with the pain of the two dorsal, sometimes made and sometimes stopped, belching or yag qi will be relieved, in case of worry and annoyance will be severe, tongue red, moss thin white, pulse string. 5, internal stasis of blood stasis: abdominal pain is more intense, pain like needles, pain is fixed, does not heal after a long time, tongue is purple and dark, pulse is thin and astringent. 6.Coldness in the middle deficiency organs: abdominal pain is persistent, stopping at times, warmth and pressure, cold form and limbs, fatigue, shortness of breath and lazy speech, poor appetite, lack of color, loose stools, pale tongue, thin white fur, sunken and thin pulse. 7, Yang Ming heat knot: abdominal pain, full of hard and refusing to press, daily feeding hot flashes, hands and feet red and slow goblet of constipated stool, or see the downward flow of dilute water, urine short and red, tongue red, tongue coating yellow and thick and dry, pulse sunken and smooth and number. 8, roundworm internal disturbance: abdominal pain, paroxysmal without time, the pain is intense, or visible abdominal block protrusion, the pain stops as normal, the face is yellow and thin, sometimes vomiting water, or sleep and ^ teeth, or addicted to eating foreign objects, or lips with worm spots, or a history of worms, pain when the pulse is string, or sinking. 9, lower jiao deficiency cold: abdominal pain, often with pain in the left side of the abdomen, white face, tiredness and weakness, cold and cold, hands and feet are not warm, and vomiting or diarrhea and other symptoms. Pale tongue with white coating and sluggish pulse. 10.Yin deficiency of liver and kidney: vague pain in the abdomen, dry mouth and throat, irritable heat in the heart, dizziness of the head and eyes, insomnia and night sweating, fatigue, seminal emission, red tongue with little coating, thin and counted pulse.
