Nature of lobar pneumonia

The nature of lobar pneumonia is pathologically fibrinoid lesions, which generally belong to one of the specific types of pneumonia in which the lungs are realistically altered, and are most commonly caused by pneumococcal infection. The cure can be achieved by treatment with antibiotics represented by penicillin for 1 week. The vast majority of patients do not have any old healed lesions on the surface of the lungs after cure, and only a very small percentage of patients may have fibrinoid lesion changes after complete healing of the inflammation, which generally do not affect normal lung function.
