ED and premature ejaculation are two different manifestations of sexual dysfunction and are two completely different concepts. Premature ejaculation means that men have no problem with erectile hardness during sexual intercourse, but ejaculate too quickly, sometimes even without entering the vagina or shortly after entering, usually we consider the existence of premature ejaculation when ejaculation occurs in less than 2 minutes from the beginning of vaginal penetration and in more than half of the sexual intercourse frequency. Usually men’s sexual intercourse time is about 3 minutes to 15 minutes, some men have longer sexual intercourse time, and some sexual partners have less than 3 minutes of sexual intercourse time, but both parties have good sexual skills, and both parties can reach orgasm at the same time in a relatively short period of time to obtain sexual satisfaction, which can not be classified as premature ejaculation. It is worth noting that ED and premature ejaculation often exist together.
