What is the congenital defect?

There are some people in the process of their own growth found themselves some movements and others are different, such as: standing when the lower limbs of the external rotation position, can not completely together; walking outside the eight stance, swaying gait, quick step is jumping state; sitting down when the legs can not be together, can not stilt legs; squatting activities when the lighter squatting knees first separated, then squatting and then together (circle sign). The heavy ones can only squat in the abducted and externally rotated position, squatting with both hips in the abducted and externally rotated position, the knees cannot come together, the heels are not on the ground, frog-like; both hip joints bounce when squatting, some people even bend and backward are limited. So they left a shadow in their hearts, thinking that they have a congenital defect, and began to interact with others carefully, very afraid that others know that they are a little “special”. Today I want to tell my friends who have such a “special” feeling that you are not a congenital defect, but your specialness stems from a disease called gluteus contracture, which is most crucial and can be treated. Gluteus fascial contracture syndrome is a clinical syndrome caused by the degeneration and contracture of the gluteus muscle and its fascial fibers due to a variety of causes, resulting in a characteristic gait and signs of limited hip function. There have been many reports both at home and abroad, but the cause is not yet clear. Most scholars agree that the disease is associated with repeated hip injections and that the formation of localized hard masses after intramuscular injection is a manifestation of myofibrositis. In 1968, it was reported that the inflammatory reaction at the site of injection of antibiotics in animals was the largest reaction to the injection of penicillin diluted with 2% benzyl alcohol into the muscle, which resulted in degenerative necrosis and fibrosis. Benzyl alcohol, also known as “painless water”, is often used as a penicillin solvent when injecting penicillin, so that the pain is not too intense. However, a common clinical side effect was soon discovered, namely gluteus contracture. This is because benzyl alcohol is not easily absorbed by the body and can lead to necrosis of the surrounding muscles when left at the injection site for a long period of time. 2005, the State Drug Administration issued a document banning benzyl alcohol from being used as a penicillin solvent for injection. This disease can be treated. The current widely used minimally invasive technique is arthroscopy, which applies an arthroscope to make two incisions of about one centimeter in the buttocks and then uses radiofrequency to cut the contracted muscle membrane, which takes a short time to operate and gets out of bed early after surgery, and most patients can recover. If you find yourself unable to cross your legs and girls are afraid to wear skirts; if you find that when you learn to drive, your feet are always a little inflexible, maybe you have a hip contracture, which is a treatable disease.
