(4) Dampness and toxicity: manifested as skin lesions with erosion and oozing, accompanied by heaviness of the lower limbs, the treatment is to clear dampness and heat, detoxify the toxins and clear the channels, the formula is to use castor seed and dampness toxin soup with additions and subtractions. (5) Wind-cold and dampness paralysis: the rash is not fresh, the scales are white and thick, accompanied by cold limbs, the treatment is to remove wind and dampness, dispel cold and open the channels, the formula is to use DuoYu parasitic soup combined with GuiZhi ShaoYao ZhiMu soup with additions and subtractions. (6) Excessive fire and toxicity: the skin of the whole body is flushed, swollen, with a lot of peeling, or with dense small pustules, accompanied by local burning heat and itching; the treatment is to clear away heat and fire, cool the blood and detoxify the toxin, and the formula is to use the Clear Distemper and Poison-Stoppering Drink with additional subtractions. 2. External treatment (1) Can be used externally with Huanglian paste, can also be used with Chinese medicine bath. (2) Acupuncture: use Da Shi point, Lung Yu point, Quchi point, He Gu point, Blood Sea point, Sanyin Jiao point and so on.
