Yunnan Baiyao is generally not used for the treatment of premature ejaculation, but mainly for the treatment of various bleeding and blood stasis conditions. Yunnan Baiyao has the efficacy of activating blood circulation to relieve pain (relieving pain by removing blood stasis), resolving blood stasis to stop bleeding, detoxifying and reducing swelling. It can be used in the treatment of blood stasis and swelling, bruises, leakage (excessive menstrual flow or dribbling) and hemorrhage, sores, swelling and poison, and closed fracture, soft tissue contusion, skin infectious diseases, bleeding caused by peptic ulcers, hemoptysis caused by tuberculosis and bronchial dilatation. Premature ejaculation is mostly due to heart and spleen deficiency (heart and spleen organs are weak), liver meridian dampness and heat (liver meridian feels dampness and heat), kidney qi deficiency and other reasons, the treatment can be tonifying the heart and spleen, clearing liver meridian dampness and heat, tonifying kidney qi, etc., and often choose to return to the spleen soup, gentian laxative liver soup, jingui ren qi pill and other traditional Chinese medicines. Patients should not use Yunnan Baiyao and other drugs to treat premature ejaculation.
