Blurred eyes and post headache are most easily considered as migraine. The symptoms of migraine are mainly immediate aura, some people describe it as blurred eyes, some describe it as blurred eyes, blackness in front of the eyes, bright spots, light spots, headache that lasts for some time and then it gets better. Some patients also show symptoms of blackness in front of the eyes during this process, so in this case if the attacks are recurrent and of the same nature each time, look for migraines. If the patient has not had an attack before and it is a sudden blurring in front of the eyes and post-headache, it is necessary to see if there are some other sudden events, such as cerebrovascular events, cerebral ischemia or subarachnoid hemorrhage, and some patients also have these symptoms, or when the ophthalmic artery is ischemic, they also have symptoms of visual impairment and headache.
