Why is there blood in the leukorrhea?

If a woman has blood in her leukorrhea after intercourse, it is often considered to be contact bleeding after intercourse caused by local problems of the cervix, and if there is blood in the leukorrhea during pregnancy, it should be considered to be caused by pre-eclampsia or even ectopic pregnancy. The most common cause is due to localized cervical problems, such as common cervical erosion, cervical polyps, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and even cervical cancer. If the woman is having intercourse during ovulation, it should also be considered that the decrease in estrogen fluctuation during ovulation leads to a small amount of endothelial peeling, which causes ovulatory bleeding, but the amount of bleeding is generally less, and the bleeding time may be around 3 to 5 days, but usually not more than seven days. The bleeding may last for 3 to 5 days, but usually not more than 7 days. At the same time, there will be obvious egg-white-like streaked leucorrhea, and since it is during ovulation, you should go to the hospital for ultrasound and internal gynecological examination to confirm the cause of the vaginal bleeding and then treat the symptoms. If a woman has abnormal leukorrhea during pregnancy, because she is pregnant, she will not have her period. Therefore, it is often due to the low progesterone in the first trimester of pregnancy, resulting in a small amount of endometrial flaking and causing a preterm miscarriage, or a miscarriage in which the fertilized egg does not settle in the uterine cavity, but instead has stunted growth after settling outside the uterus. Therefore, when a woman has blood in her leukorrhea, she should go to the hospital for ultrasound and internal examination to confirm the specific cause of the bleeding and then treat the symptoms.
