General normal physical examinations do not check for AIDS. The main items to be checked are blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipid, blood sugar, liver ultrasound, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, etc. Some physical examinations may include tumor indicators and other items. For AIDS, if you need to check, you have to check the special AIDS antibody, which is generally available in all hospitals and is mainly a primary screening program. If the HIV antibody is negative, there is usually no need to check again. If the initial screening antibody is positive, it needs to be sent to a specialized laboratory or local CDC for further confirmatory testing.
