Rhinorrhea is a common clinical manifestation in children. It usually occurs in the Pearly area at the front of the nasal septum, and is also associated with the child’s delicate and vascular nasal mucosa, which can usually stop on its own. Of course, it is best to go to the hospital immediately when nasal bleeding occurs to exclude bleeding-prone diseases of the nasal cavity, such as hemangioma. If nosebleeds occur suddenly at home, pinch the nasal flanks bilaterally with your thumb and index finger for 3-5 minutes and cover the forehead or the back of the neck with a cold towel.
