When to use antipyretic medicine for bacterial cold?

Some people feel hot all over when they have a cold, so they think they have a fever and start using antipyretics, which is not true. Antipyretics should only be used when the body temperature is measured to be greater than 38.5°C. A body temperature below 38.5°C can be treated with physical cooling.
If the symptoms are mild, the patient is in good health and in good spirits it is recommended that they can be observed, pay attention to rest and drink more water, most of them can recover after 5~7 days.
