Pelvic adhesions are a general term for adhesions to various tissues and organs in the pelvic cavity, including adhesions to the uterus and fallopian tubes. The chance of pregnancy after pelvic adhesions depends on the location and extent of the adhesions, as well as the extent of damage to the fallopian tubes and the possibility of repair.
Generally speaking, if the adhesions are more severe, such as tubal adhesions leading to blockage of the lumen, the chances of pregnancy are low; if the adhesions are mild and do not affect the function of the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries, the patient is able to conceive normally.
