China has entered a period of high incidence of HIV infection, the risk of HIV transmission through sexual contact is increasing, cutting off HIV transmission through sexual contact has become one of the key measures to control the prevalence and spread of HIV infection in China. To effectively control the spread of HIV infection through sexual contact, the following work should be done at this stage: 1. Strengthen comprehensive social management, crack down on prostitution and prostitution Prostitution and prostitution is a social cancer, the culprit of the widespread prevalence and spread of gonorrhea, syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases, and is also the main way to spread HIV infection. Many female sex workers become victims of HIV infection by providing sexual services to multiple people, and also make themselves important transmitters of HIV, bringing great harm to society. The woman who uses prostitutes may not only make herself suffer from lethal AIDS, but also infect her innocent spouse with AIDS through the sexual act between husband and wife, which will bring catastrophic blow to the family. The whole society must work together, resolutely outlaw all prostitution and prostitution, eradicate the soil of HIV infection through commercial sex. 2, strengthen their own cultivation, resist all extramarital sex multiple sexual partners will cause the spread of sexual diseases faster. For example, AIDS, the chance of transmission of each contact is about 1%, and as the number of contacts increases, the chance of being infected will be greater and greater. Uganda is a polygamous country with an average of more than 10 sexual partners for a man, and it is currently the country with the widest spread of HIV. With the increasing number of HIV infections in our country, the risk of getting infected with HIV through sexual contact is also increasing. If we do not strengthen our own cultivation, clean ourselves and have casual sexual relations with others, we may be infected with HIV. If everyone abides by our traditional family morality and does not have sexual relations with people other than spouses, then our risk of contracting HIV will be greatly reduced and HIV infection will not spread through sexual contact. We remind our young friends that they must strengthen their moral cultivation, focus on their studies so that they can become useful for national construction in the future, and consciously resist all extramarital sex in order to be responsible for themselves, others, their families and society. 3.Strengthen the publicity and education of AIDS prevention, and advocate the use of condoms during sex. Whether the AIDS epidemic can be controlled or not is a matter of our personal health and life safety, as well as the future of our country and its future. The whole society must take active action to conduct extensive education on AIDS prevention, especially to educate and train high-risk groups on AIDS prevention, so that everyone knows how to prevent HIV infection and transmission. The key to effectively controlling the epidemic of HIV transmission through sexual contact in a country or region lies in the availability of easy access to condoms and STD services for prostitutes. The existence of prostitution and prostitutes is in fact closely related to huge profits and human instincts. The practice of countries around the world proves that severe crackdowns alone do not address the root of these problems. Severe crackdowns make these high-risk behaviors more hidden, and also prevent these people from receiving AIDS prevention publicity and services, resulting in the rapid spread of AIDS. In response to this paradox, some countries have adopted scientific, simple and economical intervention methods. For prostitution, on the one hand, they actively create employment opportunities for young women, and on the other hand, for those women who are still in prostitution, they provide them with knowledge=skills and STD services for STD and AIDS prevention. These measures have not only been effective in controlling the prevalence of STDs and AIDS, but have also not contributed to the growth and spread of prostitution and prostitution. Many countries around the world advocate the provision of condoms to sex workers and those in the entertainment services industry to reduce the transmission of AIDS through commercial sex. In Thailand, widespread condom use among prostitutes has reduced HIV infection rates among prostitutes from 43 percent in 1998 to 29 percent in 2002, and a 100 percent condom use program has reduced HIV infection among young military personnel from 4 percent in the 1990s to 1 percent in 2002. In Australia, the HIV infection rate among prostitutes has remained below 0.1% due to the government’s efforts to educate the public about HIV prevention and the widespread use of condoms. Given the fact that prostitution and prostitution cannot be eliminated in China at this stage, universal condom use is a practical and important measure to prevent the spread of HIV infection through sexual contact.
