No obstructions or excessive ear wax buildup in the ear is necessary to get an accurate temperature measurement. After strenuous exercise, you should rest for at least 30 minutes before taking the measurement. Do not take your ear temperature when you first wake up, as the temperature of your ear on the side that is pressed will be higher than your normal body temperature. Usually the temperature is slightly different between the left and right ear, so it is recommended to take the temperature in the same ear. When taking repeated measurements, remove the probe between each measurement and take a break of at least 5 seconds before taking the next measurement to obtain the most correct result. The normal reading is about 35.5°C to 37.8°C. Users should usually take more temperature measurements to understand their own health temperature, and if there are any abnormalities, they should pay attention to body changes or ask your doctor. After each measurement, you should clean the infrared ear thermometer with alcohol to avoid blocking the ear wax to affect the measurement results and to ensure the accuracy of the next measurement.
