Lamaze Painless Birth Method Breathing and Method Tips

       The Lamaze method of childbirth was first developed in France by Lamaze, an obstetrician, and has been developed in Europe, South America, the United States and Asia. It is a method in which the mother learns how to automatically use neuromuscular control of movement and breathing techniques to reduce pain during childbirth by means of stimulus-responsive conditioning behaviors.
  Russian psychologists call this method of childbirth “psychoprophylaxis”.
