Inactive tuberculosis did not have symptoms of active tuberculosis, such as low fever in the afternoon, night sweats, and weight loss. The patient is considered to have had tuberculosis but has been cured and is not infectious. the shadows seen on CT are old lesions left over from the recovery process of tuberculosis. the CT examination is consistent with one or more of the following manifestations, and other causes of pulmonary changes are excluded, inactive tuberculosis can be diagnosed 1) isolated or multiple calcified lesions; 2) corded lesions with clear margins; 3) sclerotic lesions; 4) purified cavities with uniform thin and thick walls, round or oval morphology, and no change in inner and outer wall luster for at least 3 months; 5) pleural thickening, adhesions, and calcifications.
