Gastric acid reflux and hiccups, patients will show clinical symptoms such as reflux, heartburn and erratic reflux. Patients are advised to add gastrointestinal motility drugs as well as acid suppressants for symptomatic treatment. Gastrointestinal motility drugs including morpholine, mosapride and etopride can effectively promote stomach and gastrointestinal peristalsis, accelerate gastrointestinal motility function and relieve the manifestation of obvious reflux and hiccups. Acid reflux plus acid suppressants, mainly PPI preparations, can effectively reduce gastric acid secretion and therefore relieve the patient’s symptoms of acid reflux and hiccups. If the above symptomatic treatment does not work well after the appearance of acid reflux and hiccups, you should still go to the hospital and have other appropriate tests such as gastroscopy and ultrasound to further clarify if necessary.
