Bowel cancer is a kind of cancer with latent early symptoms, which is easy to meat and drink with many kinds of diseases. Bowel cancer grows slowly, has a long time limited to localization, and can be surgically cured when detected early. About 30% to 40% of bowel cancer patients are misdiagnosed due to the negligence of doctors and patients themselves. In fact, the early stage of bowel cancer has the following manifestations. 1.Mucus stool and pus-blood stool: when the cancer is broken, the stool often contains bright red or dark red blood and mucus, and the feces and blood are mixed; 2.Blood in stool: the early lesion of bowel cancer is limited to mucous membrane, so there may be no symptom, or only change in bowel custom. When the tumor grows to a certain extent, blood in stool can appear, which is mostly light and dark and adheres to the external surface of stool. Red blood cells can be found in the stool microscopy and the fecal occult blood test is positive. Patients with bloody stool or continuous positive fecal occult blood should first consider the possibility of colorectal tumor and should undergo further relevant examination; 3. The rate of abdominal pain is higher than that of abdominal distension. The pain and sorrow are mostly in the middle and lower abdomen, with varying degrees of severity, mostly hidden pain or distension; 5. alternating diarrhea or constipation: if the early symptoms of bowel cancer include alternating diarrhea and constipation, it is probably because the growth of cancer tumor has affected the normal physiological results of the intestine, and the possibility of cancer should be considered; 6. and fever, and even hyperemesis, which is often accompanied by coma and unexplained weight loss, related to blood in stool, insufficient intake and excessive carving.
