How long does it take to have a second child with normal labor?

If a woman is in good health and her ovaries are able to ovulate normally, she can plan her second child about 3 months after normal delivery, but from the perspective of eugenics, it is best to have a second child about 1-2 years after normal delivery. It takes at least 3 months for the endometrium and other organs to recover after a normal delivery, so it is recommended to get pregnant after 3 months after a normal delivery. In addition, if you get pregnant while breastfeeding, the secretion of milk will be inhibited and the baby’s nipple will be stimulated by breastfeeding, which may cause miscarriage. Therefore, from the perspective of eugenics, it is better to stop breastfeeding for about 1 year before considering having a second child, when the body recovers better and is more suitable for pregnancy preparation. In addition, if you get pregnant while breastfeeding, it is advisable to stop breastfeeding, pay attention to rest, eat a balanced diet, keep your mood happy, and have regular maternity checkups and pregnancy under the guidance of an obstetrician.
