1.Passive stretching of the rectus femoris in the prone position: The patient is placed in the prone position with the hip and thigh on the bed. The therapist or family member grasps the distal part of the lower limb (ankle joint area) with the right hand and passively stretches the rectus femoris, while the left hand fixes the ipsilateral knee joint so that the thigh is flat against the bed surface and cannot leave. The stretching force should be gentle and strong for 20 seconds, relax for a few seconds, and then repeat this 4-5 times. If there is any pain or discomfort during the stretching process, it must be stopped. During the stretching process, the force should be gentle and stable to avoid pain. The patient should be asked how he/she feels in order to adjust the strength of the stretch. If the patient has pain, reduce the strength of stretching, and if the pain is severe, the treatment should be suspended and checked for any injury, and if there is any injury, it should be treated promptly. 2.General treatment is once a day, 5-10 times for a course of treatment. 3.Regulate the recording of treatment.
