  LBP-Lower Back Pain/Myofasciitis/Lumbar Muscle Strain/Lumbar Disc Herniation Rehabilitation Exercise Method, lower back pain is a strain disorder that plagues many people, also called lumbar back muscle myofasciitis, lumbar muscle strain.
  LBP-1 standing position N cord muscle stretching exercises.

  LBP-7 stretching exercises.

  3, if you can easily prone position for 5 minutes, you can start trying the following exercises
