How to prevent and treat neurodermatitis

To prevent and treat the itching of neurodermatitis, we should first avoid overwork in our daily work, eliminate mental tension, overcome pessimism, apprehension and agitation, and maintain a good sleep. Avoid spicy and stimulating food, and try to avoid alcohol and strong tea and other excitatory drinks. Correct gastrointestinal dysfunction (if constipation is present, it is advisable to take laxatives), and deal with infectious lesions (such as sinusitis, tonsillitis, etc.) in a timely manner. At the same time, we should quit scratching, hot water scalding and other bad habits to reduce the adverse local stimulation of the skin. In order to interrupt the vicious cycle chain of itching-scratching-mossiness-more itching, sedative and antihistamines can be used according to the condition. Second, to treat itching in neurodermatitis, we also often use closure therapy, including intravenous closure, local glucocorticoid closure and local acupuncture point injection. Various glucocorticoid preparations are often used topically topically and can be treated with encapsulation. In addition, 10% pine distillate ointment, 5%-10% black bean distillate or coal tar ointment, etc., are often used depending on the condition. All these drugs can achieve the purpose of eliminating skin lesions and stopping itching.
