Rendan is composed of sand nuts, cardamom, sandalwood, moksha, patchouli leaves, cinnamon, cinnabar, tangerine peel and other medicines, which can have the effect of opening the orifices and clearing heatstroke, treating nausea, chest tightness, seasickness and dizziness caused by heatstroke injury. Adverse reactions and contraindications are not exact. A light diet is recommended during administration. It is not advisable to take nourishing proprietary Chinese medicines at the same time while taking the medicine.
