How to Prevent Heat Stroke on a Construction Site

At construction sites, you can prevent heat stroke by staggering the hot period or resting in a cool and ventilated place at regular intervals, supplementing with light saline water, rubbing the body and other measures as follows.
1. If the outside temperature is too high, it is recommended to stagger the work during the high temperature period or work in a cool and ventilated place.
2. If you work under high temperature, you can drink green bean soup and light salt water in moderation to replenish salt, and take proper rest in a cool and ventilated place.
3. If you feel that your body surface temperature is high, it is recommended to cool down promptly. Remove clothing in a safe place, wipe to cool down, and change damp clothes to increase the body’s heat dissipation.
Patients with severe heat stroke may even experience fainting. If this happens, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to avoid delaying the condition.
