What about centralized lung cancer in the right lung?

Right central lung cancer can be treated by surgery, drug therapy, radiotherapy and interventional therapy according to the classification and stage of the cancer.
1. Surgery: it is the best treatment for early stage lung cancer, mainly applicable to non-small cell lung cancer of stage I and II, and radical surgery is preferred to remove the tumor. Most of the small cell lung cancer patients have distant metastasis or intrathoracic metastasis at the time of diagnosis, so surgical treatment is not recommended in general.
2. Drug therapy: chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy are mostly used in the treatment of patients with advanced stage and recurrence of lung cancer, and chemotherapy can also be used as an adjuvant treatment for surgical treatment, such as adjuvant chemotherapy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy and comprehensive treatment with combined radiotherapy. Small cell lung cancer is more sensitive to chemotherapy, which is the main treatment mode.
3. Radiotherapy: it can be used for patients who cannot be operated due to poor tumor site or patient’s systemic condition, and as adjuvant therapy or preventive therapy. Adjuvant treatment is applicable to patients with preoperative radiotherapy and positive margins after operation.
4. Interventional therapy: such as bronchial artery perfusion therapy, transbronchoscopic interventional therapy, etc. It is applicable to patients with lung cancer who are not effective in other treatments, and can relieve symptoms and pain.
Patients with right central lung cancer should formulate treatment strategies under the guidance of specialized physicians.
