It has the efficacy of dispersing blood stasis and stopping bleeding (removing stasis and stopping bleeding), subduing swelling and relieving pain (eliminating swelling and pain), and is used in the treatment of haemoptysis, vomiting blood, epistaxis, haemostasis, leakage of menstruation (menstruation in excessive amount or more than a few drops), bleeding from traumatic injuries, chest and abdominal stabbing pain, and pain from bruises, swelling and fluttering. Tumor is called cancer in Chinese medicine, mostly caused by the internal deficiency of positive energy, exogenous evil and poison, internal injuries, seven emotions, dietary disorders and other factors to the dysfunction of internal organs, gas, blood, fluid and liquid operation, resulting in qi and depression, blood stasis, phlegm condensation, dampness, poisonous aggregation of pathological products, embedded in the internal organs, fighting with each other, and gradually accumulating a class of malignant diseases over a long period of time.
