Alcoholic cirrhosis or viral cirrhosis is more common in liver cirrhosis. The main imaging manifestations are as follows: 1. alteration of liver shape: reduction of liver volume, wavy change of liver surface, widening of hepatic fissure; hepatic fissure is the connective tissue and ligament-like tissue that divides the left and right lobes of the liver, and further segments in the right lobe of the liver; 2. signs of portal hypertension; imaging manifestations of portal hypertension are mainly in the area of gastric bend and lower esophagus, where a large number of tortuous, widened and twisted venous shadows can be observed 3, combined with ascites; 4, enlarged spleen and other imaging signs.
