Normal tumor indicators generally do not rule out cancer. Tumor indicators are markers for tumors, but normal tumor indicators cannot indicate the absence of tumors. To diagnose whether there is a tumor or not, we can’t judge from the tumor indicators alone, but need to diagnose according to imaging and pathology. It is necessary to carry out complete imaging examinations, such as ultrasound, MRI and CT, etc., and also observe the clinical symptoms, such as whether the patient has obvious symptoms such as weight loss, fatigue and anemia, etc. If there is a tumor, most of the tumor markers will be found in the patient’s body. If the patient has a tumor, most of the tumor markers will be obviously elevated, but there are also a small number of patients with tumors, the examination of tumor markers did not show more obvious changes, so the tumor markers are used as an auxiliary reference. Therefore, to determine whether there is a tumor, can not rely on a single examination to confirm the diagnosis, need to be considered comprehensively.
