1.The bed must be as flat as possible. 2.The head position should be fixed, and the torso in a straight line. 3.Torso is slightly tilted forward. 4.Shoulder joint on the hemiplegic side: flatten forward and flex the shoulder joint forward by 90°. 5.Upper limb on the hemiplegic side: put it on the pillow and the trunk at 100°, extend the elbow, wrist, fingers, and palm down (note that the palm cannot be suspended). 6.Lower limb on the hemiplegic side: put the pillow on the head and show the step (bend the hip and knee, ankle dorsiflexion 90°), the affected foot should not be suspended, avoid foot droop and inversion, and slightly bend the hip. 7.Healthy upper limb: patient in a comfortable position. 8.Healthy side lower extremity: knee and hip straightened.
