Adenomyosis generally refers to adenomyosis of the uterus, the symptoms of which include abdominal pain and bloating, abnormal bowel movement and acute intestinal obstruction when it presses on the intestinal tract.
1. Abdominal pain and distension: adenomyosis refers to a disease in which the myometrium is abnormally enlarged, which not only affects the normal function of the uterus and triggers abdominal pain during menstruation, but also squeezes the surrounding intestines and leads to unsmooth downward movement of intestinal contents or spasms due to pressure, which aggravates the phenomenon of abdominal distension and pain. In addition to massage, hot compresses and other means of pain relief, patients should be treated as soon as possible to remove the cause.
2. Abnormal defecation: when the myometrial hyperplasia of the posterior uterine wall, it is very easy to compress the rectum, affecting the normal defecation reflex and the passage of excreta, the patient feels anal distension, but the defecation does not come out. In addition to timely medical treatment, patients should pay more attention to the period of drinking more water, eating easily digestible food.
3. Acute intestinal obstruction: mostly seen in severe adenomyosis, the intestinal tract is completely squeezed to trigger obstruction. If it occurs, send it to the doctor immediately.
