How to use the female condom

Studies have shown that the female condom is as safe and reliable as the male condom in terms of clinical contraceptive efficacy. Only the use of female condoms is relatively more complicated, and if used improperly, it is easy to affect the effectiveness of contraception. So, how to use the female condom correctly? “Four stages, eight steps” – the female condom to use so right! Preparation: Step 1: After cleaning your hands, open the package (try not to use scissors). Step 2: Prepare the most comfortable position for lovemaking, pinch the small plug from the inside of the condom with your fingers (be careful not to remove the “small cap”). Step 3: Use your other hand to part the labia to expose the vaginal opening and then push the small plug into the vagina. Step 4: You can put your index finger inside the female condom and push the small plug as deep into the vagina as possible (make sure the condom is not twisted and distorted) so that the outer ring spreads flat and covers the vulva opening, then carefully withdraw your index finger (be careful not to take the female condom out when withdrawing). Be careful to ensure that the condom is placed in the correct position and that the ring is always at the outer end of the vaginal opening. Lubrication: Step 5: Open the lubricant package and apply it to your finger. Step 6: Use your fingers to apply the lubricant to the female condom and also to the male “penis”. The melting time of the small plugs may vary slightly, but generally does not exceed 1 minute. It is estimated that the condom can be placed inside the vagina for nearly 1 minute before sex can begin. The woman can take care of the timing herself, but make sure that the “little hat” can be opened to ensure that the female condom is in a stable state during sex. In addition, when making love, if necessary, you need to use your hand to guide the “penis” into the female condom, so as not to accidentally inserted into the outside of the condom. Take out: Step 7: After finishing, first rotate the outer ring by hand, close the ring mouth and then slowly pull out the female condom to avoid the flow of semen. Step 8: Wrap the condom in paper and throw it in the trash can, try not to throw it in the toilet. Note: Please take out the condom as soon as possible after the sexual act. Warm tips: 1. Female condoms can only be used once and cannot be used repeatedly; 2. Pay attention to the expiration date. References: [1] Xu Jinxun,Wu Yu,Cao Qijian.
