Pre-operative hearing assessment by ENT specialist. 3.Phase I surgery time: 6-9 months of age, weight over 7 kg, cleft palate phase I revision surgery. 4.Review: one month and three months post-operative specialist outpatient review. Early language intervention is guided according to the recovery situation. 3-6 months postoperative ear, nose and throat specialist follow-up hearing, follow-up treatment if necessary. 5.Phase II revision: 4 years old-4.5 years old must be reviewed to assess the function of palatopharyngeal closure. If necessary, perform second-stage revision of cleft palate. 6.Post-operative speech training.
